Sales Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prospect and develop lead sources and referral relationships

  • Consult with potential merchants on pricing, hardware, software, and training, as well as servicing accounts after the sale

  • Promote Qwestpayments’ products and services to new prospective merchants

 

Skills& Requirements:

  • Multilanguage is preferred

  • Merchant service / IT Sales Experience is preferred

  • Proven sales experience

  • Excellent communication skills

Merchant Service Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide customer support, account maintenance and update

  • Set up Payment devices, handle inventory

  • Navigate in different systems for transaction investigation and problem solving

  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work with co-workers and supervisors

  • Assist in other office work

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group

  • Quick learning and adaptability are desired

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook is desired

  • Financial Services/Customer Support/Merchant Service experience is a plus

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin (Preferred), Cantonese (Preferred), Vietnamese (Preferred)

POS Support Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Set up online ordering system and social media accounts for clients.

  • Provide troubleshooting and support for POS systems, networks, printers, and general operations to clients through phones and on-site.

  • Perform user testing for different software and solutions.

  • Prepare and install Point of Sales systems.

  • Provide one-on-one telephone and remote assistance to clients.

  • Provide updates to clients regarding the problem’s status, coordinate level 2 issues with managers and software engineers on a timely manner.

  • Work as part of a team and independently.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bilingual Required. (Second Language: Chinese or Vietnamese)

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group

  • Quick learning and adaptability are desired
